We want you to be absolutely satisfied!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, just return the item in its original condition to Jubuli.com for a full refund. There is no restocking fee and there is no penalty. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

Our Return Process

To return your merchandise to Jubuli.com simply click on 'My Account' to login and view your account history. Click on 'Return' beside the corresponding order, and an RMA will be issued to you automatically via email.

Once you've received your confirmation email with the attached RMA, simply print a copy and send it back to Jubuli.com along with the merchandise you are returning. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed in just a few days.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Jubuli.com), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Jubuli.com RMA code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

How to Prepare a Return

Please follow our three step process:

1. Your Return Authorization Code:   Please include a copy of the RMA confirmation email in your return packaging. Write your issued RMA code on the outside of the box you are returning.

2. Package Your Return:  Include all original packaging and collateral material.

3. Insure Your Package:   Be sure to ship your package insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Jubuli.com. Jubuli.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
